Cancellation/Deposit Policy

  • Trips booked for $300 or greater require a 50% deposit at time of booking. A trip is not considered reserved until deposit has been collected. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled start time; and are non-refundable within of 48 hours of scheduled start time. Cancellations within two (2) hours of scheduled start time are billable at 100% of the estimated charges. Rates subject to change without notice, some restrictions apply. Out of Out-of-are charges, Fuel Surcharges, Late Booking Fees and Additional Cleaning Fees may apply.
     -Meet and Greet – $15 additional fee for Sedan, SUV, and Van
