Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the first service date.
50% charge for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Full charge for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

Out‑of‑state charges, fuel surcharges, late‑booking fees, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
Meet & Greet Service: $15 additional fee for Sedans, SUVs, and Vans.
